1. Who We Are
Conqr (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Conqr mobile application. Our website is conqr.club. For questions about this policy, contact us at support@conqr.club.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you sign in with Apple, we receive your name and email address (if you choose to share it). We store a unique identifier linked to your Apple account.
Workout Data
We collect data you generate through using the app, including punch counts, accuracy scores, combo streaks, workout duration, XP earned, and stars collected. This data is stored on our servers to track your progress.
Preferences
Your selected goals, experience level, preferred workout duration, and focus area chosen during onboarding.
Camera Data
The app uses your device camera for real-time body pose estimation during workouts. All video processing happens entirely on your device. We do not record, store, or transmit any video or images to our servers. No visual data ever leaves your phone.
Subscription Data
We store your subscription status to provide access to premium features. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple — we never see or store your payment details.
Device Information
A randomly generated device identifier for analytics purposes. We do not collect your real device ID, IDFA, or any hardware identifiers.
Usage Data
App rating, onboarding progress, and time spent on certain screens to improve the user experience.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and improve the app experience
- Track your workout progress, streaks, and rankings
- Display your position on the leaderboard
- Personalize your training plan based on your goals
- Process and manage your subscription
- Send important account-related communications
- Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve the app
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on Supabase servers with encryption at rest and in transit. Authentication credentials are stored in your device's secure Keychain. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We share data only with:
- Apple: For authentication (Sign in with Apple) and payment processing
- Supabase: Our database provider that stores your account and workout data
- RevenueCat: Our subscription management provider (subscription status only)
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data: View your profile and workout history in the app
- Delete your data: Use the “Delete Account” button in Profile settings to permanently remove all your data from our servers
- Export your data: Contact support@conqr.club to request a copy of your data
- Opt out: You can stop using the app at any time
- Withdraw consent: Revoke camera access in your device Settings at any time
For EU residents (GDPR): You have additional rights including data portability and the right to restrict processing. Contact support@conqr.club.
For California residents (CCPA): We do not sell personal information. You have the right to know what data we collect and request deletion. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregate data (not linked to any individual) may be retained for analytics.
8. Children's Privacy
Conqr is not intended for children under 17. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact support@conqr.club and we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
