1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Conqr (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Conqr is an AI-powered shadow boxing training app that uses your device's camera and machine learning to detect punches, track workouts, and provide a structured boxing curriculum. The App is for fitness and entertainment purposes only and is not a substitute for professional boxing instruction or medical advice.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Conqr offers the following subscription options:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Price changes will not affect active subscription periods.

4. Free Trial

The weekly plan includes a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged $8.99/week. You can cancel at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings.

5. Account & Sign In

You may create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account or allow others to access it.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Use the App in a way that could damage or overburden our servers
• Create fake accounts or manipulate the leaderboard
• Share or distribute content from the App without permission
• Use the App while operating a vehicle or in unsafe conditions

7. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Boxing training involves physical activity that carries inherent risks. By using Conqr, you acknowledge that:

• You should consult a physician before starting any exercise program
• You are solely responsible for your physical safety during workouts
• The App does not provide medical advice or professional boxing instruction
• You should stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort
• You should ensure adequate space around you before starting a workout

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including but not limited to the curriculum, workout designs, AI models, UI design, branding, and code — is owned by Conqr and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conqr and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to physical injury, data loss, or loss of profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's Profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Your continued use after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Conqr operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
